CONSULTATION, TRAINING AND SUPERVISION
SUPERVISION
Supervision is an area I have a lot of experience, training and interest in. I am on the British Psychological Society’s register of approved supervisors (RAPPS) and offer regular supervision to psychologists and other healthcare professionals, including medical doctors, nurses, counsellors and others.

TEACHING AND TRAINING
I have worked as a University lecturer for 7 years, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. Additionally, in my NHS role, I provide training regularly to qualified and trainee psychologists, as well as most other healthcare professionals working in physical health settings. This includes GPs, hospital doctors, nurses, counsellors, physiotherapists, dieticians and occupational therapists.
My most frequently requested teaching topics include 'recognising and managing psychological distress', self-care (healthcare professionals and professionals in other organisations), 'supervision skills' and 'living with physical healthcare problems'.
