HOW I WORK
Everyone has a unique story. In my work I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and will tailor your therapy individually to your personality, specific difficulties and goals.

I view psychological distress as something very normal that everyone experiences at various points in life, sometimes because of circumstances that are outside of our control. Often, we find ways of managing difficult feelings with the help of our usual coping strategies, or the support of family and friends. Sometimes, however, our usual ways of managing do not quite work, and we may benefit from external support.

Psychological therapy provides an opportunity to better understand one’s difficulties and find a way forward, with the help and support of a trained professional who can provide a confidential space.

The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important foundations for psychological therapy. My aim is to always provide a safe, authentic and non-judgemental space, where reflection and change become possible.
